NFL: Philadelphia 24, Chicago 20

CHICAGO (UPI) -- LeSean McCoy's 10-yard touchdown run with 5:31 remaining sent Philadelphia ahead and the Eagles held on Sunday for a 24-20 win over the Chicago Bears.

McCoy, a rookie playing in place of the injured Brian Westbrook, finished with 99 yards rushing.

Donovan McNabb threw touchdown passes of 13 yards to Jason Avant and 48 yards to Jackson for Philadelphia (6-4).

McNabb completed 23-of-32 passes for 244 yards, with an interception.

Jay Cutler was 24-of-43 passing for 171 yards, a touchdown and an interception for Chicago (4-6).

Robbie Gould kicked field goals of 45, 28, 28 and 49 yards for the Bears.
