COL FB: Oregon State 42, Washington St. 10

PULLMAN, Wash. (UPI) -- Jacquizz Rodgers rushed for 165 yards on 24 carries with two touchdowns, leading 20th-ranked Oregon State to a 42-10 Pac-10 Conference rout of Washington State.

Rodgers scored in the first and fourth quarters Saturday.

Sean Canfield completed 22-of-29 passes for 231 yards with touchdown passes to Damola Adeniji and Joe Halahun, and one interception.

Damola Adeniji was the leading receiver with five catches for 89 yards, while Joe Halahuni and Markus Wheaton also scored touchdowns for the Beavers (8-3, 6-2 Pac-10), whose Dec. 3 contest against Oregon will decide the conference title.

WSU's Kevin Lopina went 15-for-32 passing for 133 yards, no touchdowns or interceptions.

Dwight Tardy rushed for 37 yards on 10 carries with one touchdown, and Patrick Rooney kicked a 29-yard, first-quarter field goal for the Cougars (1-10, 0-8), who suffered their eighth straight loss.
