NBA: Charlotte 103, Atlanta 83

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (UPI) -- Raja Bell's 24 points with four assists Friday led the Charlotte Bobcats to a 103-83 rout of the Atlanta Hawks.

Charlotte built a 61-48 halftime advantage, and when Bell made one of his five 3-pointers and Gerald Wallace hit two free throws midway through the fourth quarter, the lead swelled to 95-73.

Flip Murray had 15 points and six rebounds in his first game this season following a shin injury. Wallace added 11 with 18 rebounds, while D.J. Augustin, Tyson Chandler and Boris Diaw also hit double figures for the Bobcats, who have won two straight.

Atlanta's Jamal Crawford, Josh Smith and Joe Johnson each scored 13 points. Al Horford and Maurice Evans added 10 apiece for the Hawks, who had won their previous two contests.
