NHL: Vancouver 5, Minnesota 2

ST. PAUL, Minn. (UPI) -- Darcy Hordichuk, Mason Raymond, Henrik Sedin, Matt Pettinger and Alex Burrows scored for Vancouver Thursday and the Canucks beat Minnesota 5-2.

Burrows' goal was an empty-netter with 1:41 to play.

Goalie Andrew Raycroft made 28 saves for Vancouver, which has won four of its last five games.

Kyle Brodziak scored both Minnesota goals.

Niklas Backstrom stopped 13 shots and gave up four goals before he was replaced in the Minnesota net by Josh Harding, who had four stops.
