NBA: Golden State 113, Memphis 105

OAKLAND, Calif. (UPI) -- Anthony Morrow and Monta Ellis each scored 24 points Wednesday to help the Golden State Warriors beat Memphis 113-105 for their first win of the season.

Morrow was 10-of-12 from the floor and 4-of-4 on 3-point tries and Ellis had 12 assists. Stephen Jackson and Corey Maggette scored 20 apiece for the Warriors.

Rudy Gay finished with 29 points and eight rebounds for Memphis. Allen Iverson scored 18 points and had seven assists off the bench for the Grizzlies, who lost their third straight game despite getting 16 points and 10 rebounds from Zach Randolph, 12 and 14 from Marc Gasol and 14 points from O.J. Mayo.
