NFL: Tennessee 30, Jacksonville 13

NASHVILLE (UPI) -- Chris Johnson gained a franchise-record 228 yards rushing and scored twice Sunday, leading the Tennessee Titans to a 30-13 win over Jacksonville.

The 2008 first-round draft pick out of East Carolina carried 24 times and scored both touchdowns in the second half, one on an 89-yard run.

Vince Young, making his first start this season, completed 15-of-18 passes for 125 yards with one touchdown and rushed for 30 yards on 12 carries. Rob Bironas kicked three field goals and Nate Washington made a touchdown catch for the previously winless Titans (1-6).

Maurice Jones-Drew led Jacksonville with a career-high 177 yards on just eight carries with two touchdowns.

David Garrard was limited to 139 passing yards with two interceptions for the Jaguars (3-4), who have lost two of three.
