MLB: Tampa Bay 7, Boston 6
The Rays completed a sweep of the three-game series and expanded their lead over the Red Sox in the American League East to 3 1/2 games.
Boston took a 4-1 lead into the seventh, but the surprising Rays added another chapter to their unexpectedly successful season by roughing up three relievers for six runs on five hits.
Bartlett opened the inning with a double, stole third and scored on Akinori Iwamura's single. Carl Crawford reached on a base-hit and B.J. Upton walked to load the bases.
After a walk to Carlos Pena forced in a run, Longoria doubled home two more. Two outs and an intentional walk later, Bartlett came up for the second time in the inning and his single delivered the final two runs.
Gary Glover (1-2), who came on in the seventh, worked 1 2/3 innings to get the win. Dan Wheeler got a four-out save, his third save of the year.
Craig Hansen (1-3), the second of the three pitchers in the seventh, took the loss.

It didn't say how & when Boston got their final 2 runs. I went to bed with the Rays up 7-4 at the end of that great 7th inning. Would have been nice to know how Boston was able to make it closer.
