Dessert: Acapulco Salad
2 Grapefruits, sectioned
4 Mangos
4 Bananas
6 drop of vanilla
Shredded coconut
Cut up grapefruit, mangos and bananas and mix well with the vanilla. The juice should keep the bananas from turning dark in this recipe. Sprinkle the mixture with raw or toasted shredded coconut. Leave at room temperature for one hour then serve
