Dessert -- Angel Food Cake
1 and one quarter cup sugar
8 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar
One quarter tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
Sift flour and one half of the sugar. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites, cream of tartar and baking soda until soft peaks form. Add remaining sugar and continue to beat. Add vanilla and slowly add sifted flour and sugar mixture. Beat until you have a smooth batter. Pour batter into an ungreased bundt or tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. Allow cake to cool before removing from pan.

For some reason or other I save ever recipe that I get from the different chefs and put them on my computer. About 3 or more times I have been cut off. I have tried some of the recipes and even passed some of them on to my daughter in law. I have not received any thing since August 16 th and they will not let me sign up again for any of the recipes. Arca comes up with some excue that I signed up for to many. I need to find somebody else that you have your recipes on some I can get recipes.
