Starter
Vegetable Dill Dip
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 8-oz. carton sour cream
1 Tbsp. onion, grated
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients and chill before serving with raw vegetables or crackers.
The Skinny: Use low fat cream cheese and sour cream.
