The SR-71 could not possibly have made the shortest flight from New York to London. Actually the flight would have been longer than all previousflights as with plate tectonics, London and New York are constantly moving fartther
and farther apart by about 1 to 2 inches per year.
What you really should have that is set the record for the fastest flight. Get your facts straight, please.

Need some details here, how long was that flight that set the record? Just another line or two with some stats?
Thanks.
