Make up a game to play with your children that includes at least 20 minutes of play time. My 3 kids and I pretend I am the "ancient mow-mow beast," and I chase them around until I finally catch and tickle them. We all enjoy playing together and it lets them know that I cherish them, and the time we spend together.
