Target store heir sues kids for vandalism

MINNEAPOLIS (UPI) -- The heirs to the Dayton and Target stores have filed suit against four of their son's former classmates for alleged property damage to their Minneapolis home.

Caleb Dayton's fellow students allegedly vandalized the family's house, including with eggs, toilet paper, bags of human waste and used feminine hygiene products, causing emotional distress, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported Wednesday.

The "continued harassment and vandalism" included the family's need to repair windows and stucco, the suit said.

The suit seeks more than$50,000 in damages from each of the named defendants: Jens Lillehei, Tyler Lyons, Kelsey Hughes, and two others identified only as John and Mary Doe.
