Our friend Kavon Adli of The Internet Law Group submitted an article for today's edition analyzing a recent ruling in the case of Davison Design & Development v. Riley. The plaintiff was Cathy Riley, the wife of attorney and well-known anti-spammer Dan Balsam.

Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton granted a motion to dismiss all of Riley's claims in this case. Kavon discusses the implications of this decision in a very interesting analysis.
