ZODIACAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR TODAY

ARIES (March 21-April 19): Some solid relationships are breaking up now. You are finding it hard to hold on to some connections but new ones can be formed if you remain alert to them. Prioritize what's important, love most of all.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): It is a tense day now. You can receive news that's unpleasant but hardly unexpected. You can find a need to cut back, become more frugal with expenses. Some friendships can be endangered.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): It can seem as though a lot of hard work has been for nothing. You are challenged to find a new place in shifting tides, to stay put where a promising change was in the works. Ride out the problem.

CANCER (June 21-July 22): Serious situations can make you put certain relationships on hold. Your attention is elsewhere, and while it can seem as though it's everyone for himself, it's better to get everyone to pull together.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): You have very poor options placed in front of you: bad and worse. It's important to pick what you can work with, the option that is most amenable to change and improvement over time.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): Your affections harden now. A bad turn of events makes you less sympathetic for others, more concerned for yourself. You are challenged to turn a general problem into a cause for community action.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): You feel that a lot of what you value is being taken from you. Quickly assess what's most valuable to you, what can be kept as a basis for later growth. Let go of what ultimately can't be kept.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): Under severe restrictions, you can learn how to do more with less. It's important to reach out and make friends, especially because times have gotten so tough. Problems should unite people, not divide them.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): A crisis tends to put you with people who are helpful. You need support, but so do others. It's important to band together, share resources, give each other hope. People should share what has not been lost.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): Fearing a catastrophe, it's a good time to diversify your resources. One failure should not bring things to a halt. You hate uncertainty but you have to be creative to relieve it.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): You must deal with bureaucracies and red tape. Be alert to what today's problems portend in the future; there will be more like it unless and until you access alternatives that are more responsive.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): You feel pressured into making decisions and this is bad news. You should develop a third way; the choices presented to you may be both false and manipulative.
