Dessert: Apple Cobbler

6 cups apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter Topping:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp. lemon juice Combine apples, 1-cup sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. butter in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until apples are crisp-tender. Place apples in a lightly greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Combine topping ingredients until crumb mixture forms. Sprinkle over apples and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream or frozen yogurt. The Skinny: Use your favorite sugar substitute with the apples and in the topping.
