Tip: Preserve Tomatoes
National Gardening Association
If you have an abundance of tomatoes in your garden, consider
preserving some. Tomatoes can be canned, dried, or frozen. Select only
disease-free fruits. Freeze fruits whole, dry slices in a dehydrator
on can them according to USDA guidelines.

Cherry tomatoes are especially easy to dry because the tomatoe doesn't stick to the drying tray the way that happens with full-sized tomatoes. Cut the chery tomatoes in half and dry them with the skin side down.
