Tip: Harvest Garlic and Onions
National Gardening Association
Onions and garlic planted in fall should be harvested when 75 percent
of the tops have fallen over. Pull bulbs and let them dry outdoors for
a week in a protected, airy location before bringing them indoors for
storage.
