Our game this week has led us to this: 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 dxe4 4.Nxe4 Nf6 5.Ng3 h5 6.Bg5 (btw, 6.h4 was necessary)6… h4 7.Bxf6 hxg3 8.Be5 Rxh2 9.Rxh2 Qa5+ 10.c3 and now what is Black’s move?

Solution:

The whole point of the check is that now the troublesome bishop can be eliminated and Black can’t be stopped from taking the rook and then promoting: 10…Qxe5+ 11.dxe5 gxh2 and White Resigned as Black is a whole piece up. Let us know if you like this different way of doing puzzles.
