Solution:

1…Nf4 2.Rg1 (Here come the tricky part!) 2…Bxe4!! 3.fxe4 Qxg1+! 4.Kxg1 Rd1# or 3.Rxg5 Bxf3+ and either 4.Rg2 or 4.Kg1 lead to 4…Rd1 mate OR 3.Rg3 Bxf3+ with, of course, 4…Rd1 mate to follow.
