Solution:

The bishop pinning the f2 pawn from way back on b6 is the key here.

1...Qg3 Threatens mate on g2, so Black takes off the rook since it can’t take the queen. 2.Bxg6 [Interference doesn’t work: 2.Bg4 Rxg4 3.hxg4 f3 4.Be3 Qxg2#; Taking the bishop doesn’t work: 2.Rxb6 Qxg2#] 2...f3 3.Be3 Breaking the pin, but getting mated anyhow. Qxg2#
