I lost my wife of 34 year this past july. She as I have been very fortunate to have a friend(s) to help us through this horrific event. It is something that comes to all of us and we are cursed or blessed to go through the process. It just takes time I guess. The grief /guilt that you did not do enough in life to let them know how much you loved them is choking. I think they know our heart. I will see my love again too. There is no doubt.
