RABAT, Morocco (UPI) -- A photographer traveling through Morocco captured video of a most unusual sight: a tree filled with acrobatic climbing goats.

Michael Chinnici, who posted his footage to YouTube, said he was traveling through Morocco when he had his first experience with Argan goats, the tree-climbing goats named for the Argan trees they climb for their coveted fruit.

"These goats can climb trees as high as 30 feet," Chinnici wrote in a blog post. Over the centuries, these hoofed creatures have mastered the skill of climbing on branches. It's quite acrobatic and a wonder to behold.

The goats are cherished by locals, who harvest the goats' droppings to extract the Argan seeds and press and grind them into oil. The oil is used in cooking and as a homeopathic remedy for skin problems.
