VALDEZ, Alaska (UPI) -- A group of tourists boating through Prince William Sound in Alaska captured video of a glacier partially collapsing and dropping chunks of ice into the water.

Jonathan Huensch captured the video and posted it to YouTube after he and other tourists witnessed the glacier collapse and an ensuing large wave, which appears to be heading straight for the boat when the video ends.

Huensch said the video ended before the wave reaches the boat because he was worried about his camera getting wet, despite assurances from the captain via loudspeaker that the wave is "farther away than it looks."
