That Blake and Griffith tossed this problem out early in their series shows they had a lot of confidence in their audience, as do I! It’s a bit more involved than most beginner problems, but there’s a mate there. You can find it with a little effort.


Solution:

1.Nxc7+ Bxc7 [1...Kb8 2.Nba6+ Bxa6 3.Nxa6#] 2.Qxb7+ Kxb7 3.Be4+ Kb8 4.Na6# Even they used Rule Number One back then to teach!
