White to Play

A little change of pace today. I ran across this mate in two in an old British Chess Magazine (1912) and couldn’t resist sharing it. Good luck!

Solution:

What I love about this problem is that the White queen is under attack, there are all sorts of checks and a surprising key move that even allows Black to do more, such as get a check in himself: I’ll just give the key. You figure out the rest! 1.f4 and it’s mate next move no matter what!
