If the bad guys pretty much knew that their potential victim most likely had a gun and was willing to use it,,,,,, Gun laws do not keep guns away from the bad guys , only their victims.

I think it's about time we civilize the Supreme Court and refuse to accept any more 5-4 decisions. I think the impact on society and the laws should never be put in the hands of ONE person, AND THAT'S WHAT A 5-4 DOES. Bills like this wouldn't happen if we did away with them. Think about it.
