You'd have to wait until spring...some leaves never fall off. A job worth doing is worth doing again.
If you want something done right, and your efforts to be worthwhile, wait until the right TIME to do it... In this case, wait until ALL the leaves have already fallen before you go out to rake them up. Duh! (In the meantime, perhaps the wind will blow them into the neighbor's yards?) LOL!
