Luggage delays

Traveling to Bulgaria from UK one often has to change flights. If the first flight is delayed and I miss the connection, I have be put on another flight, but my luggage is routinely not sent till the next day, in spite of assurances that this would not happen. Charles de Gaulle Airport is the worst offender. It is particularly inconvenient because my destination is difficult to find, being in a remote village, and although they eventually bring my delayed bags, I have to go to a central point to meet them. This has happened to me so often that I now only travel with hand luggage.

Wrong Practice VIA Internet

I have been planning a trip to the Kingdom of Bahrain and I used Cheep Air on line to book my flight. I call immediately when my return date did not match on my first attempt and had to cancel and lost $107.00 in their fees and my money was tied up until airline fees increased. The second attempt my name was somehow changed to Rucker instead of Tucker. The representives of Cheep again tried to get me to cancel and loose my flight. The Airline has made note of the mistake and changed things in the computer so I will now fly with one letter off in my last name but I don't have to pay more. Simple mistakes should be corrected without expense.
