MLB: N.Y. Mets 6. Phil. 3 (2nd game)

NEW YORK (UPI) -- Carlos Delgado hit two home runs and totaled four RBI Sunday, powering the New York Mets to a 6-3 win over Philadelphia in the second game of a doubleheader.

The Phillies won the first game 6-2.

Delgado's homers were both solo shots. Brian Schneider and Carlos Beltran drove in the other two Mets' runs.

Johan Santana (13-7) got the win. He pitched 7 1/3 innings, giving up two runs and five hits.

Ryan Howard had a homer and two RBI and Andy Tracy drove in the other run for the Phillies.

Cole Hamels (12-9) took the loss, yielding five runs and nine hits over five innings.
