estar+(past participle of verb)-Passive Voice

''¿La luna es hecha de queso?'' is wrong.....
''¿La luna ESTÁ hecha de queso?'' is the right sentence. And the verb should be first in a question (¿ESTÁ la luna hecha de queso?)
