Poll: Mainline Christians favor Obama
A survey by Faith and Public Life found that although most Christians from mainline churches support Obama, the Illinois senator is not pulling support from evangelicals.
The poll shows 68 percent of older white evangelicals favor McCain, while 25 percent say they support Obama. Among younger white evangelicals, 65 percent say they support McCain, compared to 29 percent who say they will vote for Obama.
Among mainline church members such as Presbyterians and Episcopalians, Obama leads 49 percent to 45 percent among older voters, and 47 percent to 42 percent among younger voters.
Obama has a larger lead among Catholics. Fifty-one percent say they support Obama, compared to 40 percent who say they support McCain. Among younger Catholics, 55 percent support Obama, while 40 percent back McCain.
The poll of 2,000 adults 18 and over and another 1,250 younger adults ages18 to 34 has a margin of error of plus or minus 2.5 percentage points for the adult sample and 3 percentage points for the younger group.

May 10, 08 - The Times reported Robert Malley, advisor to obamas was "sacked" after the press found out he was having regular contacts with Hamas, which controls Gaza and is connected with Iran. this past week, buried in the back parts of the papers, Iraqi newspapers reported that during Barack's visit to Iraq, he asked their leaders to do nothing about the war until after he is elected, and he will "take care of things".
Sept. 7, 08- Washington Times posted a verbal slip that was made on "The Week" with George Stephanapoulos. Barack, on talking about his religion, said "My Muslim faith". When questioned, "he made a mistake".

He met Antoin "Tony" Rezko, born in Aleppo, Syria, who was a real estate developer convicted of fraud and bribery this year. Rezko was originally named "Entrepeneur of the Decade" by the Arab-American Business & Professional Association".
About 2 years later, Barack enrolled into Harvard Law School. (On $12,000 annual pay?)
He returned to Chicago to work for "Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Gallad" who represented "Rezar", Rezko's firm. Rezko was 1 of Barack's 1st major financial contributors when he ran for office in Chicago.
