Affidavits still sealed in Yale killing
At a hearing Tuesday, Judge Roland Fasano said he expects to make the decision by Friday, The Hartford Courant reported.
The accused killer, Raymond Clark III of Middletown, worked in the building where Annie Le's body was found Sept. 13, the day she had been scheduled to be married. Le had disappeared five days earlier.
Clark was not at Tuesday's hearing where his lawyer, Joseph Lopez, asked Losano to postpone a probable cause hearing. In Connecticut, those hearings are usually held within 60 days of arrest.
Le's disappearance shortly before her planned wedding and the discovery of her body in a university building received national coverage. The Courant and other news organizations have asked the judge to unseal search and arrest warrant affidavits, while prosecutors have asked him to delay opening the documents.

Pretty much just a waste of time isn't it? He is going away for a long time if he manages to save his life. Something he didn't do for her. And how did the moron get a lab job? Surely he is one of the brain damaged. . or will be once the lawyers build their defense. LOL
