Thanks for the tip, I will try it the next time. Usually in the fall I have quite a few deer in my front yard munching on my shrubs and would like to get some photos of them through the bay window.

I don't really have any tips other than I as holding the camera really close to the glass. I was using my Sony Handicam which is a camcorder and still stop camera combination. Thanks for voting for my little squirrel.
