In her syndicated column "At Work," Lindsey Novak uses her expertise as a career coach and psychologist to help people solve problems in the business world. She has also covered workplace problems on local morning news stations, national radio shows, and WCFC's "Among Friends" series. Novak's recognitions include the Northwestern Alumni Merit Award and inclusions in the book "Angels in the Workplace," and she was named one of Chicago's "100 Women Making a Difference" in 2000.
