God in the old and new testament
Rev.Graham is right.God is eternal. He disciplines us, so we can straighten up our acts , and be faithful disciples of His-doing His will.As man continued to wallow in countless sins inspite of the Ten commandments handed to them thru Moses, He sent His own Son, who is the gentle side of God.Like a father who truly loves his children, He has to be firm and gentle at the right times.God is the perfect lover, father and brother, helper! He sent His holy Spirit, too, with all His love and favors! He is good, all the time! In John 15, Jesus says, that there are many rooms in his father's house.God is waiting for us, and our rooms are ready! No need to reserve, just do as He pleases!AMEN.
Isn't that similar to obeying the civil laws? You'll be safe if you adhere to them, as good citizens!Let us all go to heaven, brethren, that is our main goal, the earth is our ballfield, and let's fill it wioth love, everyday!
