I have made Rosti for a long time and I use Olive Oil Spray. It works very well and cuts calories if that is what you are trying to do. As James said olive oil is good for you. I guess I have cut more in calories etc. since my husband is not well and has to watch his diet closely. If you don't want to buy Olive Oil Spray just put some in a spray bottle. This works too. Yummy eating!
